Wendy Gingell is a co-founder of Taller Gingell, plus the reason for our name.
Wendy runs our ceramics studio and makes each piece we sell. Wendy is a ceramic artist who's shown her ceramics in Europe and North America; including at the Smithsonian, Philadelphia Museum of Art and American Craft Council craft shows. Her ceramic work is part of permanent museum and private collections in North America and Europe.
She has attended international ceramic artist residencies including International Ceramics Workshop, Kesckemet, Hungary; Project Art, Cummington, Massachusetts, USA; A.I.R. Vallauris, Vallauris, France; and Medalta, Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada.
She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Sculpture and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Art History. She is a current member of the Associació Ceramistes de Catalunya.
