Shipping policy

We ship products such as ceramics, glazes, and pottery equipment only within the European Union. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

For ceramic pieces created in our studio during a ceramics class, we offer worldwide shipping via DHL and DHL Express. We provide shipping quotations based on your destination, and you can choose to have your items delivered anywhere in the world.

If you would like to purchase ceramics, glazes, or pottery equipment and have them shipped outside the continental EU, please contact us for a quotation.

All shipments are made to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout. If you require your order to be shipped elsewhere, please notify us in advance.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, bank card, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express), PayPal, or Google Pay. For custom and made-to-order ceramics, a 50% deposit is required to place the order. The remaining 50%, along with the shipping cost, is payable upon completion before shipment. Taller Gingell is not responsible for any bank transfer fees—these are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the rights to the sale, reproduction, reselling, and distribution of any style or design we produce. We also reserve the right to broadcast imagery of all our products on any media and at any time. If you require permission for use, please contact us: eric@tallergingell.com.

Please ensure all order and shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. Taller Gingell is not responsible for changes of address once the order is placed. The customer is responsible for updating and maintaining their shipping information on tallergingell.com. After shipping, any address changes must be handled directly with the transport company.

Additional shipping costs due to rejected, returned, or undeliverable packages, including any customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
