Order online, pay before dispatch

  1. Apply for an account and tell us about your business and the country where you will sell.
  2. Once approved, sign in with your email address to see dealer prices and submit your order for review.
  3. We confirm availability, delivery arrangements and the final amount. Payment is due in full before dispatch.

Availability and first deliveries

Initial orders may be delivered in agreed parts while we build replenishment stock to support your business. We confirm any backorders and estimated dates with you. Please share forecasts for larger or recurring requirements so we can plan stock.

Products requiring preparation for a new destination language or market typically need 8–10 weeks from our confirmation of your order and requirements. We confirm readiness before dispatch. Additional products may require the same preparation time. Equipment ordered in normally takes around 12–14 weeks to be ready to ship; stocked equipment is available sooner.

Shipping

We can arrange insured shipping, quoted separately, or you can use your own carrier account.
