Ceramic Vase Extruder Class

Explore the art of ceramics in our hands-on Artisan Ceramic Vase Workshop! This 2,5-hour session is designed to help you build your own flower vase from extruded clay forms while exploring printmaking and surface decoration using top-tier tools and materials.

You’ll get hands-on experience using the brent HD clay extruder, a professional-grade tool used in studios around the world. You’ll also experiment with the new AMACO Velvet Inks, a cutting-edge product line for design transfer and printing on clay.

This workshop is perfect for beginners and enthusiasts alike — no prior experience required.

What you’ll learn and what we’ll do:

  • Build your vase from extruded clay pieces
  • Learn to use the brent HD clay extruder
  • Apply surface design using AMACO Velvet Inks
  • Explore texturing, patterning, and printmaking techniques
  • Personalize your vase with hand tools and stamps

Once your vase is finished, we’ll fire it in our kiln. After a few weeks, it will be ready for pickup or shipping (shipping not included in class price).

The workshop takes place at Taller Gingell, our artisan ceramics studio in the Poble-sec neighborhood of Barcelona. A warm, creative environment just below Montjuïc Park.
