Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We want you as our customer to be happy with our products. Ceramics are expensive to ship and even more expensive to return. Please be very careful when placing your order.

Handmade Ceramics

All ceramics presented for sale are the actual one-of-a-kind handmade ceramics. The customer has the ability to view and review the item before purchase.

Custom and Made-to-Order Ceramics

Custom and made-to-order ceramics are made according to customers requested details and specifications. Custom and made-to-order ceramics are provided written confirmation before production begins to ensure accuracy. We encourage customers to double check their orders to ensure accuracy.

We try darn hard to make our handmade ceramics, custom ceramics and made-to-order ceramics to the specifications requested, but we don’t guarantee they come out super perfect. As our products are handmade all measurements, volumes, shapes, colors, glazing and other features can only be provided as an estimated reference point. All final products will differ in respect to any and all features noted above and also all those not noted above.

While the main details and features of custom and made-to-order ceramics are chosen by the customer, we reserve the right to use the construction methods, techniques, clay bodies, glazes and decorative features that will work better for the ceramics in terms of artistic style, product quality and durability in any and all situations, processes and operations.

Production time is usually estimated between 5 to 6 weeks, from payment confirmation and a more accurate time frame is given on order confirmation.

Returns

All claims for returns must be made within 10 business days from the date of receipt of goods.  Once you complete a return authorization form, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. All product returns must be made within 30 business days from the date of receipt of goods. General returns must be in salable condition, undamaged and in its original packaging. There will be a restocking fee of 20% if products returned need to be re-packaged prior to being placed back on the selling floor. If you have changed your mind about a product or ordered the wrong item(s), you will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Once a return is processed, you will receive a refund for the product cost including the appropriated sales tax incurred. You will not be reimbursed for your original or return shipping cost. Please note, the following products are not eligible for exchange or return;  Custom, Made-to-order and Special Order products.

Please report any damaged, short-shipped, mis-shipped and incorrect shipments to us within 5 business days. Contact the shipping carrier immediately if your order arrives damaged or if your shipment is incomplete.  Defective items must be reported within 10-business days of the delivery date. Please do not throw out the packaging as you will be required to return the defective/ damaged stock in its original packaging. Product returns must be received within 30 business days.

Please be advised that if we are required to re-ship an item that was damaged, defective, short-shipped or mis-shipped, there will be a temporary charge applied. The charge will be refunded when the returned item(s) are received in our warehouse and processed. Please allow 15-25 business days for return processing and a credit posted to your account.

Please, never send any ceramics by a national postal service.

If you choose the option of sending us a package and are making the return from a country outside the EU, it is very important that you mark the package declaration as “Returned Goods” in order to avoid you as the customer having to pay new customs duties.

We shall not assume responsibility for any damage incurred by returns sent through any and all transport companies.

Once we have received the package, we will notify you of receipt. 

If you are shipping an item over 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
